I just moved to Durango less than a week ago with my 14 yr old cat from across the country. She’s been very scared and is having a difficult time adjusting so I needed to get her a harness to try and help get her familiar with her area. Ms. Dee was so very kind and sweet and very helpful. She went out of her way to help me find the right fit for my cat and calmed her down. She was very compassionate with our situation and made me feel heard and I felt like she truly understood where we were coming from. She was extremely efficient with her knowledge and she also gave me helpful recommendations on where to take my baby to get her groomed. She helped me with her knowledge on moving an animal to a higher elevation and just showed me the utmost kindness. Definitely making this my to go to store for all my pet needs. I appreciate you Ms. Dee. Thank you!

I wish I could remember their names, but everyone is so nice here. They remember my boyfriend by name, always know that he is getting crickets for his lizards. They ask questions about our lives and animals and are always interested and kind. This is our #1 pet shop because of the people who work here!

I have been a CC customer for years and the Staff (esp Laura & Dre) and Support Staff (Kenwood & Yaesu) have been there for all our questions, offered great advice, and have always provided personalized service at the counter. The three rescue cats that we have had over the years have benefited from the selections at the store. Although there are other pet stores in town, and multiple online vendors, Creature Comforts is ALWAYS our first choice. Five Stars from us, and our current boy, Xeno!!!
