Creature Comforts has earned a loyal customer for life. I originally started shopping at Creature Comforts because of Dre, who was my dog sitter at the time. She encouraged me to invest in higher-quality dog food for my dogs, and after making the switch, I never looked back. I now buy Fromm dog food there for my pack of five dogs, and Creature Comforts has become my go-to store. What started as just buying dog food quickly turned into so much more. Every visit, I find myself picking up additional items — treats, dog tags, and even non-pet things like adorable greeting cards, stockings, and a holiday ornament. It’s one of those stores you genuinely enjoy spending time in. When I was caring for rescue puppies, Dre went above and beyond. Through her connection, Creature Comforts donated $250, and she personally helped me choose exactly what the puppies needed — including Fromm puppy food, collars, and supplies. She also made all of the puppies’ tags for me, which meant a lot and was incredibly helpful. Other staff members were just as amazing. Kat helped me select puppy-safe flea treatment for both bathing the puppies and treating my home. I don’t even know the names of the other women working that day, but every single person stopped what they were doing to help, while still taking great care of other customers. The teamwork, kindness, and professionalism were outstanding. The whole experience was supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely joyful — the kind of customer service that’s rare and memorable. I love this store and the people who work there. My only wish is that Creature Comforts had a second location in Montrose, because I’d shop there even more if they did. Highly recommend.
