We got there about a half hour after they closed last night and the owners opened the store and helped us find puppy food. They spent like twenty minutes helping us and playing with our new rescue pup. Who does that? Amazing customer service for sure. THIS is why we love shopping local.

Durango is lucky to have a HUGE home owned store like Creature Comforts. We started taking our dog there for training and I have to say that this place is amazing. They do everything there and have a big indoor training room, a visiting vet and an amazing groomer. Love Love Love going to Creature Comforts!

I just wanted to say, the girls at Creature Comforts are so awesome. I had a crazy day today trying to find a new litter for my cat after her freaking out all morning from the other new litter we switched her to! I ended up getting her the Almo Nature litter that is made from corn. 100% plant based. She loves it! 😻The girls were so helpful and I just wanted to say thank you! You guys are awesome and you're my favorite pet place in Durango! Y'all are the best! 🏆💯🪀🐾
