I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Creature Comforts! I came in to get a custom name tag made for my dog, Dogmeat, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit seamless and stress-free.The workers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. I had a lot of questions about muzzles, and they were extremely informative, giving me the exact details and guidance I needed to make the right choice for my dog. What really stood out to me was how welcoming and kind they were to my four-year-old child who was with me. Shopping with a toddler isn't always easy, but the staff made us both feel completely at home.If you are looking for a pet store with knowledgeable staff, top-tier customer service, and a genuinely warm, family-friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back!

Creature Comforts is our go-to pet store, and for good reason. The team is genuinely welcoming every single time we walk in, they know their stuff and make you feel like a regular from day one. It’s reassuring to know they consistently stock everything we need. Highly recommend to any pet owner in the area!
